Using Soggy Voodoo
By using Soggy Voodoo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy & Data Handling disclosure. You may use Soggy Voodoo only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms and your use is permitted by applicable law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the Captures, Folders, attachments, and other content you create or store through Soggy Voodoo.
You authorize Soggy Voodoo to process your content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you choose to use, including local app features, Connected synchronization, storage-provider access, cloud sorting, and integrations you authorize.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights needed to use that content.
Connected storage and third-party services
Soggy Voodoo may let you connect services operated by other companies, including storage providers and AI services. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, and technical limitations.
When you authorize a connection, Soggy Voodoo may exchange data with that service as needed to perform the actions you request. You can disconnect supported services using controls made available by Soggy Voodoo or the third-party service.
Soggy Voodoo does not control the availability, policies, or conduct of third-party services.
Beta and pre-release features
Some Soggy Voodoo features may be offered as beta, preview, or pre-release functionality. These features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as the product develops.
Do not rely on beta functionality as the sole copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
Acceptable use
Do not use Soggy Voodoo to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, access another user's account or library without authorization, interfere with or bypass service security, distribute malware, or facilitate harmful or abusive activity.
Service changes and availability
Soggy Voodoo may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Reasonable technical limits may be applied to protect reliability, security, capacity, or other users.
Soggy Voodoo does not promise that every feature or third-party integration will always be available or uninterrupted.
Security
You are responsible for protecting access to your devices and any accounts you connect to Soggy Voodoo. If you believe your access or a connected service has been compromised, disconnect affected integrations and contact support.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, or when these Terms are materially violated. You may stop using Soggy Voodoo at any time and disconnect supported integrations.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soggy Voodoo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Soggy Voodoo does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soggy Voodoo and its publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the product changes. The current version will be posted on this page.
